Every organization eventually reaches a crossing point. A moment between what has been and what comes next.
Growth creates new demands. Governance structures are tested. Markets shift. Communities evolve. Opportunities emerge. Challenges become more complex.
At those moments, progress is not about moving faster. It is about understanding the situation clearly, making informed decisions, and moving forward with confidence.
That belief is what led to establishing Crossing Point Advisory. Drawing on decades of executive leadership experience, we help organizations navigate
complexity, clarify priorities, and develop practical paths forward. Our role is not to provide pre-packaged answers. It is to help leaders understand the challenge they are facing, determine what matters most, and identify a practical path forward.
The name Crossing Point reflects both our roots and our approach.
Based in Red Deer, Alberta, we were inspired by the history of a community shaped by
connection, movement, and important decisions. Long before Red Deer became a city, it was a crossing point, a place where people came together to exchange knowledge, assess conditions, prepare for what lay ahead, and choose their next direction.
While the story originates here, the idea is universal. Every leader, every organization, and every community eventually faces moments where the path forward is uncertain and the stakes are meaningful. Those are the moments that require perspective, clarity, and confidence. Whether the challenge involves growth, governance, infrastructure, technology, organizational change, financial sustainability, or strategic direction, we help connect the pieces, uncover the real issues, and develop practical paths forward. Because every organization reaches a point where standing still is no longer the answer.
